AR‑15 Lily continues Shepard Fairey’s exploration of tension between conflict and renewal. A lily—symbol of purity, rebirth, and resilience—emerges from the barrel of a rifle, transforming an object associated with violence into a message of hope. The geometric color fields and ornamental patterns surrounding the image heighten the contrast, creating a composition that is both visually arresting and conceptually provocative.

Printed as an open edition and signed by the artist, this offset lithograph on thick cream Speckletone paper reflects Fairey’s commitment to using art as a vehicle for dialogue, awareness, and transformation. It’s a compelling piece for collectors who appreciate imagery that challenges assumptions while offering a sense of possibility.
